She started her career in the service industry—from banquet events to fine dining—before stepping into a member relations director role where she created and marketed events that kept guests excited and coming back.

Allie Gritt is the founder of Gritt & Glimmer Creative, a social-first marketing agency helping small businesses grow with intention and look damn good doing it.
With a background in the food and beverage industry and over a decade of experience in social media, branding, and content creation, Allie blends real-world customer insight with strategic marketing expertise. She’s worked with dozens of entrepreneurs, from boutiques and service providers to restaurants and local makers, to build online presences that actually convert.
Armed with a communications degree, a master’s in marketing, and years of hands-on creative direction, Allie knows how overwhelming digital marketing can feel. That’s why her work focuses on making it simple, sustainable, and effective for business owners.
When she’s not creating content during naptime, she’s juggling life as a new mom with two dogs, a cat, and a husband in the Army while helping small businesses show up confidently and consistently online.
