Founder Allie Gritt brings a unique blend of front-of-house finesse and marketing expertise. Her career began in the service industry, from banquet events to fine dining à la carte service, before moving into a member relations director role where she created and marketed events that kept guests engaged and coming back. That hands-on hospitality background—combined with over a decade of experience in social media and branding—shapes everything we do.

Allie Gritt
Allie Gritt is the founder of Gritt & Glimmer Creative, a social-first marketing agency for food, beverage, and hospitality brands that want to grow with intention—and look damn good doing it.
Allie got her start in the food and beverage industry, working as a banquet server and gaining hands-on hospitality experience for over five years. That real-world insight fuels her agency’s approach today—rooted in strategy, storytelling, and content that actually converts.
Since 2016, Allie has helped brands build standout social media presences, combining a degree in communications (new media focus), a master’s in marketing, and years of experience leading content strategy, photography, and branding for hospitality-driven businesses. From craft cocktails and cupcakes to boutique hotels and brunch spots, she’s worked with dozens of entrepreneurs to elevate their online presence.
Before founding Gritt & Glimmer, Allie ran a successful agency in New Mexico, working with 35+ small business owners. She’s also held director-level roles in social media and knows firsthand how overwhelming digital marketing can feel—especially for women juggling it all.
These days, Allie’s balancing business with life as a new mom to a baby boy, two dogs, a cat, and a husband in the Army. She brings that same resourcefulness and grit to every project, helping business owners show up consistently, confidently, and creatively online.
